Two Hundred Fifteen Years of History
Librarians Through the Years
The story of the Nathan & Henry B. Cleaves Law Library is, in many ways, the story of the remarkable men and women who have served as its librarians. For more than 200 years, they have stewarded the library through periods of prosperity and adversity and supported the Maine bench and bar with their knowledge, resourcefulness, and expertise.
